TWENTY-FIVE (25) YEAR LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

What Does This Warranty Cover?
Millcraft Barns, LLC (“Millcraft”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) that, under normal use and service conditions, all its manufactured storage barns (“Storage Barns”) shall be free from original material defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the date of purchase. This “limited lifetime” warranty is defined as the expected lifespan of the Storage Barn, which is 25 years under normal use, and does not extend to the Purchaser’s personal lifetime. This warranty applies exclusively to new Storage Barns purchased from Millcraft Barns, LLC or authorized dealers and does not extend to used, repossessed, or previously owned models. The warranty covers structural integrity, roofing, doors, windows, framing, and specific components such as LP SmartSide siding and Performax flooring, as detailed below.
Additionally, Millcraft Barns provides a comprehensive 10-year “Fix-It-All” warranty on all our products. This warranty covers anything that goes wrong with your product due to defects in materials, workmanship, manufacturing, or structural integrity during normal use. All shed components, including but not limited to framing, siding, roofing, flooring, doors, windows, and hardware, are fully covered under this 10-year Fix-It-All warranty. Assuming the maintenance guidelines are followed as stated below. Beyond 10 years only the specific parts of the shed are warranted as listed below.
LP SmartSide Siding Coverage
Storage Barns incorporate LP SmartSide engineered wood siding, which carries a 5/50-year prorated limited warranty from LP. For the first 5 years, LP warrants against defects such as buckling, cracking, peeling, separating, chipping, flaking, or rupturing of the primer or topcoat, as well as fungal degradation. After 5 years, LP’s coverage is prorated up to 50 years, providing a percentage of replacement costs. Within the 25-year term of this warranty, Millcraft will handle all LP SmartSide claims, providing repair or replacement at no cost to the Purchaser, including labor, for defects covered under the LP warranty. Beyond 25 years, LP’s prorated terms apply directly.
Performax Flooring Coverage
Storage Barns incorporate Performax flooring from Huber Engineered Woods. The Huber 25-Year* Industrial Limited Warranty, guarantees that these panels will not delaminate—defined as visible separation of internal strands or layers, excluding loose surface strands—for 25 years from the date of manufacture, with the warranty period capped by any shorter term offered to the beneficiary. Coverage is limited to repair or replacement of defective panels at HEW’s discretion. Claims must be reported within 30 days of discovery, with HEW provided a reasonable inspection opportunity, and strict adherence to HEW’s application and installation guidelines is required. Exclusions include delamination due to misapplication, abuse, mishandling, improper installation, or casualties (e.g., transit damage, fire, storms, insects), and all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness, are disclaimed, subject to state law variations. Millcraft integrates this into our 25 year warranty and will handle all Performax-related claims, providing repair or replacement at no cost to the Purchaser, including labor, for defects covered under the Performax Warranty.
How Long Does the Coverage Last?
This warranty lasts for twenty-five (25) years from the date of purchase, provided the Purchaser follows all product instructions and maintenance guidelines. This warranty applies only to the original Purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
What Will Millcraft Do?
The sole remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement of the Storage Barn or its components. At its discretion, Millcraft will repair or replace the product without charge for materials or labor, provided our inspection confirms an original material defect. If the original Storage Barn or materials are discontinued or unavailable, Millcraft reserves the right to provide replacement materials of equal value or quality. Shipping and handling costs for replacement materials shall be paid by the Purchaser.
How Do You Get Service?
Claims for original defects in workmanship or materials must be submitted within thirty (30) days after discovery of the defect at:

Claims must include the Purchaser’s name, address, telephone number, proof of purchase (e.g., sales receipt or order confirmation), and a detailed explanation of the defect. Within 30 days of receiving a claim, Millcraft will conduct an inspection, share results, and outline a plan for repair or replacement. For non-warranty repairs, a written estimate will be provided before work begins.
What Is Not Covered by This Warranty?
Millcraft makes no warranties beyond those explicitly stated herein. There is no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by law, and any such implied warranty is limited to the 25-year term of this warranty. Millcraft is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of stored items, or other economic or commercial losses. The following are specifically excluded:
(a) Failure to follow Millcraft’s instructions or maintenance guidelines for the Storage Barn. Maintenance guideline can be found at: www.millcraftbarns.com/maintenance
(b) Misuse, abuse, or improper loading of the Storage Barn, including unauthorized modifications or use for non-standard storage purposes.
(c) Defects caused by handling or assembly after the Storage Barn leaves Millcraft’s factory, including by dealers or assemblers.
(d) Damage from acts of God (e.g., flooding, hurricanes, tornadoes, wind, earthquakes, lightning, hail), insects, vegetation, adverse weather, vandalism, theft, accidents, or other events typically covered by homeowners’ insurance.
(e) Accessories or parts with manufacturer warranties exceeding this warranty’s terms, which are covered solely by the original manufacturer’s warranty.
(f) Expansion or contraction due to extreme humidity or temperature changes.
(g) Damage from unauthorized service, repairs, alterations, or attempts to use the Storage Barn for unintended purposes.
(h) Natural settling of the Storage Barn due to its weight; re-leveling costs are not covered.
(i) Normal wear and tear of non-pressure-treated wood, including cosmetic changes (e.g., fading due to sun exposure, including fading, minor cracking over time which include cosmetic changes in the appearance of the building materials that are not structural) that do not affect structural integrity.
(j) Damage from animals, fire, or chemical exposure.
(k) Costs related to relocation, contents removal, or consequential damages.
This warranty is void if the Storage Barn is relocated without Millcraft’s approval or if maintenance recommendations are not followed.
How Does State Law Apply?
This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your state. As defined by federal law, this is a limited warranty. The warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and supersedes any prior warranties.
